Stem lenght v rise

I am currently riding with a 100mm, 16 degree stem.

I did try a 90mm stem but that was way too short.

I still find this too low so am thinking of going for 24 degree stem. Should I be going for a 100mm or 110mm stem?

From a very quick and dirty bike fit my reach should be around 65-66cm and the lenght of my top tube is 55.5cm.

From using a protractor and on paper, it appears that the 100mm, 24 degree stem has a virtual lenght of 90cm and the 110, 24 degree is 100mm.
