I'm using this site to keep a check on my eating habits while I'm trying to shed a bit of weight. I realise it's not going to be 100% accurate, but it's free, easy to use, and may prove helpful. You can set up a target weight and date to achieve this, and track your progress easily. Does mean you have to keep a food and exercise diary, log in regularly and input the details, but it's very easy to keep on top of this. You can download an 'app' for your phone also, which is good.

I'm sure there are other sites out there, but just thought I'd share my experience of this one :|

For info, I'm an slightly overweight MAMIL, who enjoys cycling and have a few challenges organised for the year, and losing a bit of weight is going to make them that bit easier :)
