I am looking for trousers which, while being designed to cycle in, look smart enough in the office. I have a four mile each way daily cycle commute and no showering/changing facilities at work. I would like to find a physical shop, rather than an online one, where I could see and try on some trousers. If anyone knows of such a place in the London area please post details. Many thanks.

Condor cycles for swrve and rapha jeans, not sure if they stock the rapha trousers or Tokyo fixed for the Levi commuter range.

The rapha city trousers might not be for sale anymore..

If you have no joy try contacting vulpine. Nick is based in West London and has done pop up shops before. If they have a current one etc that might help.

Rohans work well, they have durable, office-friendly non-cargo styles.
  • I was in the levis store last week and they are selling a commuter range of clothing. THe trousers are made of durable material that looks quite durable, when you turn up the bottoms theres reflective material, they're probably breathable and have a little strap for attaching a bike lock to your waistband. I thought they looked pretty cool and they were cheap enough.

Shame I'm 6ft6 and none of them fit me! Worth a look though

    Levi's 511 commuter.?
I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.
