Forks for 2010 Rockhopper SL

I ordered Reba RL forks and from the description I thought they were straight but the steerer tube is wider at the bottom so I assume them must be flanged? Before I return them can anyone confirm my bike takes a straight steerer tube. Link below

Does the steering tube look like this ?
or
Is the wider bit only a small section that extends about 10mm above the crown and is only slightly larger then the rest of the steering tube, you can see what I'm talking about by zooming in on the photos of this fork.

It looks like the first fork. Almost conical.
