Post-Ride shakes

Just wondering what sort of post-ride concoctions most cyclists use. I'm interested to see if it's similar stuff to what i get given for Rugby League recovery, or if it's something different that is favoured.

Very similar to my Union recovery process. Water then beer, sometimes skipping the water.0

When I saw the thread title, I thought, now that's low blood sugar!
Usually I just have water or finish off anything in my bottles. Today I was quite tired so I mixed up some chocolate Nesquik into milk and drank that.
And then my OH made me an omelette, how good is that!Is the gorilla tired yet?0 -

For hard rides, maximuscle cyclone blended with orange juice - nice mix of protein and carbs. Normal rides, just water or squash.0 -
