6-speed Sram compatible trigger shifter

Any recommends for a 6-speed trigger shifter compatible with a SRAM rear mech?
I'm lookinhg to swap out the standard grip-twist shifter on my son's Islabike - he's only 5 and hasn't got the grip strength to down shift. I'm thinking triggers might be easier.
So far, the only six speed SRAM shifters I've found are grip-twist. Any advice appreciated.

I've never seen 6 speed trigger shifters, but hopefully someone else will know more!0

A 7 speed might work just adjust the limit screw to prevent overshifting.
Only Caveat is that I have only seen this working on a shimano set up.0
