Was watching the programme on Sky last night (Road to Glory). It showed the Sky team either warming up or down on TTrainers and their cranks almost looked square, what was/is that???

They've been around for a bit. Wiggins has had a few dropped chains while using them. I've read somewhere that the team was going to stop using them but that was propably on here so it'll be bollox ;-)

They claim an extra percent or 2 in power produced. With marginal gains that may be worth having.
For normal cyclists = we'd be better spending that on a coach or training camp.
(and if you drop your chain then thats any benefits negated)0
