have anyone been able to get through on the phone with Planet X? I have been ringing them since 28th and not been able to get through at all.

Need to arrange a exchange of item...
Road - Cannondale CAAD 8 - 7.8kg
Road - Chinese Carbon Diablo - 6.4kg

    Xmas holidays maybe ? I've always found them to be very responsive but I'd allow extra time at this time of year.

    I spoke to them over the hols and went up there.
    They've had thousands of orders with the promo codes they said.
    Planet X are one of the goood guys IMO.
    Bought a Rock Racing top in the wrong size (XL which I thought would be ok going on Santini and Assos etc) which was also £20 cheaper than the other sizes and they swapped for another 2 sizes smaller (Medium) and still applied the 15% discount code !

    i managed to get through eventually. Had emailed and spoken to someone. so sorted out the returns now...the phone just kept on ringing till it went dead. probably cos the massive amount of orders over the period

    I had one of them red bikes but I don't any more. Sad face.
