2300 shifter needle cover

I came off my bike before Christmas when i was icey, and somehow have knocked off the needle cover on both shifters. I spoke to the LBS and they suggested looking online, but I cant find them, and would rather not have to buy the whole shifters again. This is the part I mean


has anyone got any ideas where i could find them. I know they are not essential, and I never look at the needles to see what gear I am in anyway, but it looks a bit of a mess without them.
