    Hi, I've just seen the question, sorry for a late response :)
    I'm from Romania and I may say it's a good experience riding around. It depends on the area you go to, but if you head for the mountains chances are high to get a great experience. Road & city cycling might be an issue though...
    Romania is still not on the map of many, however, the number of foreign riders is increasing. Lots of virgin trails and hills or mountains to be explored...
    Personally, I am into this, taking people on trails, and I can say they end the trip with high enthusiasm and eagerness to come back ;) You may see some of the pics taken in various places here and or here.
