New leggings = Blue seat!

Got some Altura Winter Cruisers for Christmas and wore them for the first time today. My nice white saddle has now turned blue as my sweaty arse has made the dye run :roll:

Note to self: Wash new leggings before use! Or dont use a white saddle!

White saddles are the downfall of abike, just like white bar tape. I hate seeing them get dirty.

I've learned to be careful what chemicals I use to clean my bike with as I have white seat, bar tape. They can turn a nasty shade of yellow if you use something too harsh. Best sticking with muck off from now on.

i have white saddle and white bar tape, a regular wipe of the saddle with a baby wipe keeps most grime away but they bars I give up and just replace every couple of months.

Is it honestly worth it?! The bar tape on my Ribble still looks good after over 7000 miles. It should last at least til 10,000. It's black obviously.
