Specialized Hardrock Sport Disc 2009 bearings

Hi

My trusty old Spesh is starting to feel a bit graunchy and I suspect the wheel bearings need looking at.

Before I strip it down does anyone know what size and how many bearings I need for replacement?

The hub spec is as below:

Front Hub:
Specialized Hi Lo, forged alloy, double sealed, ground race, disc, QR, 32h
Rear Hub:
Specialized forged alloy, machined flanges, double sealed, ground race, disc, QR, 32h

If it's cup and cone, the standard is 18 x 1/4" rear, 20 x 3/16" front.
