Garmin Edge 800 maps, options, bundles?

Hello,

A roadie looking for a Garmin edge 800. Will need Cadence and HR but a bit confused about all the bundles and differing map options. Guess I want standard UK roads?! Someone mentioned another way of getting maps?

Any ideas on good prices / retailers and map options?

    I bought the Navigator bundle which has full euro mapping.

    Of all the free OSM routable maps I have tried these have provided the most consistent routing that I use them instead of the paid for Garmin maps:

    http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/

    There are quite a few variations, another and probably more popular are the "talkytoaster" maps.
