Garmin Edge 500 Black/Red premium HR monitor

Are these any good with turbo trainers, I would like to get one if these to use for when I can get out, but would like to use on a turbo trainer as well.

    If you get one with cadence on as well this will be good for turbo.

    According to a Garmin dealer I know the premium is a bit of a con, no real difference to the other 500's, depends if red matches your bike....
