Removing FSA cranks

I am looking to remove the FSA cranks on my Cannondale CAAD 10 so i can give it a good cleaning and regrease, is it just a matter of removing the hex bolt on the left hand side crank arm? why are the washers in behind the crank arms wavy?

id guss they are taking up the lateral slack in the crank

Yea its BB30, should have mentioned that, looked at the info in the link, there are four washers in there, jesus my old Giant was simple to work on.
