Went out for a dead steady ride for an hour, got home was lathered I think this is a sign I'm still no where near being well!

I've been ill since boxing day and it's really pishing me off now. I had a bit of a fall on the Thursday before Christmas so stayed off the bike, now I'm I'll! Feels like I've been stuck in the house since forever.

Jumped on the turbo earlier to test out my new Garmin. Gave the pedals a gentle push and my heart rate zoomed skywards.... still no better

Well Boxing Day was a lovely ride, treated my brother to Buttermilk Hill - he wasn't impressed :twisted:
Yesterday was OK, a bit windy though so we stopped off at Costa and had a flat white and a warm butter croissant. :P
Today was great, a bit cold and wet at times, but a great club ride.

I'm fooked now ain't I, gloating like that?
