I have a Rockshox Recon solo air 100mm on my Giant XTC 3 and I wish to change the fork to a Rockshox Reba RL 120mm. Is this possible or can I only have a 100mm fork on my bike also will it fit?
Is the Reba a lot better than the Recon?

Why? ....Cause he wants advice on the subject.... In my opinion the Reba is superior... Obviously your front will ride higher.... Might need to adjust seat height and/or seat tilt.... Shouldn't think there would be any negative results from swapping....Orange 5 Pro 650b 2014

Why? If he pays 200 quid for the priviliage then there's very little point. Why is always a good question.0

If its just because the OP wants 120mm then it is pretty pointless. It's a 100mm travel frame.0 -

Stick to 100mm forks.
The Reba is a decent upgrade, will save 1lb in weight and has better damping.0
