Really great news; the man's contribution to British cycling this year has been tremendous.

And of course there are all of the others as well. Laura Trott and co are also brilliant, and will continue to be so, no doubt, at the age that they are. I think it's a shame that Lizzie Armitstead hasn't received all that much recognition; she may 'only' have won silver, but considering whom she lost the gold to...!
