Replacing bearings on Fulcrum R7s?

They are 2011 version. I have read that on the font hub there is a very difficult to remove c clip but cant see it on the tech data. Im wondering if they still have this clip? Does the job need specialist tools?

I have the same and recently did this with no more than some screwdrivers and a mallet- you can just prize the dustcaps off with a smallish screwdriver and then drift the bearings out.
