I need to plan a suprise short cycling break for my brother in law and I was wondering if anyone had any decent ideas of places to go etc I thinking by short just a couple of days.

It would help if you told us where you are now and how far you wanted to travel. For example, are you looking at flying to somewhere like Majorca as Finlaz suggested, or (if you are UK based) then are you looking at driving, in which case how far?
