These look pretty decent

Can anyone suggest how they compare to a set of RS20s, for example? Or any other wheelset that would better sub £150?

Assuming a good build quality, which is an assumption, they are build to last and carry heavy loads... the rims are heavy, so don't expect responsiveness when you try to accelerate fast...
they are probably over 2 Kg, realistically... if you are looking for a reliable commuting set, they might be the job at that price... for performance/leisure riding with moderate load (including yours), maybe a bit overkillleft the forum March 20230 -
Ok, thanks. Yeah, with each rim being approx 600g they did seem quite heavy! Do you have any better suggestions that the RS20s? They just seem so boring! Was thinking hope hubs with mavic open pro, but for a set it'll be £250 or so, and at that price even hand built are a tempting alternative. Use is fairly general - some sportives, some competitive stuff, commuting and training too. Currently using mavic cxp22 with unbranded hubs (perhaps novatec or something).0

For a set of Open pro on Hope you are looking more towards 350 than 250... there are some cheap sets around, but my impression is that they are ehmm... cheap, often not quite straight from new.
250 get you something nice in the hand built market, while you need a damn good offer to get something nice in the factory market for 250. The latter starts being interesting around 350.
If there is nothing wrong with your wheels, get them through winter and then think about an upgrade next year. Your hubs are surely not Novatec... these days Novatec is too nice and expensive for basic wheels. cxp22 rims are decent... there is a lot worse aroundleft the forum March 20230 -

That explains what happened to all those Excellight rims they had in stock a few months back...
It is a very good deal... although they could use a few words to explain which spokes they use etc...
One of the photos is of an Excursion rim, so they must have those as well, probably even cheaper...left the forum March 20230 -

How would these compare to 2013 fulcrum 5's for the same price?0
