Hope you all have a fab christmas and got what you wanted.

I did i got a garmin edge 800 (whoop) Thanks to my wife

I am trying to download the OSM from talkytoaster.info. the mapset i want is OS 1:50K Look and Feel mapset for Edge 800. But it wont download it keeps timing out for some reason..........

just thought if any one would email me the zip doc....

Get the map from here.

Choose generic routable and then from the europe drop down list choose the uk.

After you have made your selection the line entitled
Request your map or download it directly:
Will either give you a link to download directly or enetr your email when it is ready

thanks but i would pefer to use talky toasters maps

any one got the maps cause i am still struggling to download

I've got a copy but it's from July so not the most up to date version. I think it would be too big to email as well so not sure if I can help? I'm just trying to download the latest version so will update as to how I get on with that.

Stopped on 56mb so same issue as you. Probably will be ok again after the holidays.

File downloaded but my winzip says file not valid. Any one know what I am doing wrong. Lol
