Worn paint off top tube
I've recently noticed a large patch of worn paint on the underside of my top tube. I suspect this is from a pump attachment that I used to have there - it was attached with velcro and there may have been movement but I can't be sure. What should I do? Is there any way I can repair the damage myself? Should I attempt a repair or just cover the damaged area with frame patches?
