Garmin Forerunner 405

I was thinking of getting this Garmin Forerunner 405 off eBay.
I realise that it isn't the current model, but it seems good value. I want a GPS just to track distance ridden and probably see how slow I am on Strava. I want one on my wrist as I do fancy one for when I'm out walking.
Are there any better suggestions out there for similar (£100-£120) money?
I would like something that tracks altitude, but it isn't the end of the world if it doesn't have that feature.

I've been running a 405cx for a few years and it's been great apart from a few false readings regarding the battery level. A firmware upgrade did help, but didn't completly fix it.
Due to the above I always make sure it's showing at least over 50% battery before leaving home depending on the ride, but apart from that it's fine.
A little more I know, but this is brand new along with being the newer version:

Nice one for that link. I've just spent the cash on a frame instead, but will probably get the 410 in a couple of months now.0
