Newbie looking for advice.
Recently been fitted with new back disc (me not a bike) and are looking forward to getting back on the saddle. Looking for reccomendations for capable hybrid / MTB with full suspension to soak up any bumps which does not weigh a ton. Cinder track only with delamere forest (easy route) my only ultimate goal. looking for second hand 19/21". last bike was a Ridgeback (non suspension). any advice would be really appreciated? budget up to £350 s/h.

Second hand full suspension is a bit of a minefield, especially when regards to fit which is paramount in your situation.
If you can add £100 to your budget then I'd look at this:

Amazing spec for the money.0
