Thanks to Halfords, Arnison Centre!

I know Halfords get some bad press, but after I accidentally destroyed my sons grip shift on his non-Halfords bike yesterday I took it in first thing this morning at 9.00 (as it's the only place open on Boxing Day) and despite the 'rush' they had it done and working by 10.00. Me and my son were very happy.

Anyway, credit where credit's due to the staff at Durham Halfords!

Yeah sometimes they are spot on with service, reserved some items yesterday, popped in to collect and one was out of stock so the manager asked where I lived, checked stock in another store and will collect it from there on his way home and drop it off at my house tomorrow night.

I've used that Halfords a few times. Always brilliant service, makes driving past the bishop Halfords to get there worth it!
