Decent routes from Ashford/Staines way

Hi,
I'm visiting some friends for new year. Instead of riding around Richmond Park, like I do every year, I'm looking for a decent route out into the country lanes somewhere. Not bothered where, just reasonably quiet and interesting. Ideally around 60 miles out and back. Can anybody send me a link to one that I can download to my Garmin 500. Don't be worried on the format, I've got a converter to adapt the file if necessary.
Thanks

Shows two ways in/out from Staines / Ashford, one out southwest to Mytchett / Seale that has some good riding - go south through Elstead too. And the other out to the Surrey Hills - also how to connect the two routes. You can add plenty of the Surrey hills.
Alternatively to go flat go west out around Windsor to Drift road etc.Jibbering Sports Stuff: http://jibbering.com/sports/0 -
