Running 10 speed campag on a 9 speed chainset

Campg setup wanting to use Middleburn RS chainset fort a lower inner ring. I`ve checked the thickness of the teeth and appear with a set calipers to be very similar indeed with tenths mm. So will it work? maybe slower shifts chainring / ring ?

I run the reverse a 10 speed chainset 10 speed chain and 9 speed cassette. You can do what you like with chainsets.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0
