Morning Scuttlers

Mayans were wrong so im at work.

Any Cardiff, Liverpool or Glasgow based crudders , viva Brazil is excellent, quite literally you fill up with sides at a buffet cart and then people come round with succulent joints of meat, sausages, chicken chunks, wings etc at regular intervals and carve you as much as you want.....im still waddling after going yesterday

Canceled going to the rally party to spend some time with the family last night, ie, we went to the pub :)

Then carried on drinking at home for about an hour before going to bed - think I may be a bit tired

Current wife is away this w.end as her sister dropped a baby this week. So daddy day care has decided cycling, swimming, pub and steak dinner planned

    Morning Mongs!

Off to the parents this morning, no doubt we're having the same thing for lunch that we've had every year for the past 15.

Might get out on the bike after, but not sure where to go. Some sections of the local paths are so flooded the terrierist had to swim them and the water went over the top of my hunters.
Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

  • Mehning Losers!

I can't decide if I'm still drunk, or completely hungover, I do have a mahoosive headache though. I managed to pull down the decorations in a friends house yesterday (doesn't help that it's someone I actually like!) and failed miserably at putting them back up. I feel pretty bad for it now, I'm a real grinch!

Today, I'm going carol singing... Could be interesting. Then tonight, I'm wrapping. Wrapping like there's no tomorrow. Which it will be, because the Mayans are wrong!
It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

    Morning Peeps,

The parentals descended on us yesterday so we're just off out to visit other bits of the family and get fed. Weather is shoot so it'll be an evening of chat n telly I guess. Sunday will hopefully be more fun as we've got tickets to the Chelski - Villa game (don't support either but Mrs. 666 is a rabid chelsea fan and this is her birthday pressie). Junior will be in tow so hopefully we won't get sat next to some 'missing link' who only knows four letter words :)

In a cold and wet Edinburgh. Managed to surface in time for breakfast and feeling fine despite a large volume of fine ages last night.

Off to find some lunch now. The German market smells nicely of piggy meats.

    Later......
  • Morning homos,

The Myans were obviously out by a day. Armageddon is in full effect here on the IOM. Biblical rain is the method of choice. tbf, I never saw that one coming, it didn't even make my top 10.

Seriously though, it's farking HORRIBLE out there, road closures galore, our pond has completely flooded all over the
patio (luckily there were no fish in there anymore) and I've had to sandbag the garage door to stop it flooding.

Still, I'm off work now until 7th Jan, so let the drinking commence!

    Giggidy!

Think the Mayans are working Cardiff Signal box following the mass power out that has stopped all trains out of Central for 4 hours today

Hangover, so bad I got back to Cardiff and got straight back into bed. Serves me right for mixing my drinks. The thought of food right now is making me queasy...
