Does anyone have any information about this web site or company. Have ordered something and they appear to be very elusive? Have I messed up here?

    Have been using them for years, great to deal with. Probably just the backlog that comes with christmas.

    They have no contact number and don't answer the e-mails, they are a legitimate company then?
