I have bought some Hope jockey wheels.
One of them seems to have a bronze bush which sits inside the bearing, the other doesn't have this, is this normal?
If so, which is the top jockey etc?

There doesn't seem to be any float on the top one though?
I found this and apparently the bush isn't needed on all mechs.
