Leaking oil

Rear shock (pr2) is leaking oil just under the red rebound adjuster dial is this normal ? It is using a lot more sag as well even after pumping more air in it. Would this mean seals are on way out ?

    Service time. Since it would appear that the damper has leaked i'd say it's not a self service. Are you still within the 2 year warranty?
