Got one of my stolen bikes back!!

One of 6 bikes stolen i got my giant revel ltd 0 back the other day.

Whats puzzling is that they changed the tectro breaks for what look like shimano m446, boath are low end, but now the front break keeps leaking over the disc,

should i get it serviced or just replace the bloody thing?

    Often stolen bikes get butchered, it makes identifying them harder.

    I got some Shimano M596 brakes not long ago, mainly because they were cheap (£33 each) but also had good reviews. They're pretty good for the money.

    I think trying to get the brake fixed will end up costing you loads of time and you might end up having to buy a new brake anyway (this was the case with my Juicy 3s).

    Is the brake still leaking or did it just leak from when it was installed and it was never cleaned up?
