Don't over do it when cleaning up from lunch as you don't want to wash off all that grease!0

Have you got links to your lunch?0

I'm surprised that no-one has suggested that you should get yourself an orange for lunch... you do see a lot of people eating them.Vitus Sentier VR+ (2018) GT Grade AL 105 (2016)

12" Italian BMT on herb and cheese from subway. You'll get a cup of tea thrown in too. Takes about 2 hours of hard riding to burn it off0

sainsburys £3 meal deal with the ham hock sandwich, packet of sweet chili flavoured walkers sensations and a bottle of coke (the sandwich alone is £3 so your getting the rest free), and also one of their £2 sushi packs.0

Ignore all these 'special deals' and just get the lunch that suits your style of eating. I know its tempting to go for the biggest lunch you can afford, but you have to ask yourself if its appropriate. If youre in an office environment, with mainly flat carpets and nothing too challenging, you really don't need a big crusty sandwich, something lighter and easier to fold would be better suited. perhaps a more modern 'wrap'. Also, remember how long you have for lunch and don't embark on an epic break that you dont have time to finish.0
