I'm surprised that no-one has suggested that you should get yourself an orange for lunch... you do see a lot of people eating them.

Good point... sometimes these SSOs come with a fork which is presented the wrong way round. If you don't turn it round the right way you can end up with a split lip or worse.

Mae sure you only buy them because they're grown in the UK and not because they taste nice.

sainsburys £3 meal deal with the ham hock sandwich, packet of sweet chili flavoured walkers sensations and a bottle of coke (the sandwich alone is £3 so your getting the rest free), and also one of their £2 sushi packs.

Ignore all these 'special deals' and just get the lunch that suits your style of eating. I know its tempting to go for the biggest lunch you can afford, but you have to ask yourself if its appropriate. If youre in an office environment, with mainly flat carpets and nothing too challenging, you really don't need a big crusty sandwich, something lighter and easier to fold would be better suited. perhaps a more modern 'wrap'. Also, remember how long you have for lunch and don't embark on an epic break that you dont have time to finish.
