    Morning bumders

Woken early this morning because the mother and the brother are too wimpy to kill a little mouse. Not impressed. Today will be mostly being lazy, still feeling fairly crap and my back keeps hurting which is a pain, if I'm feeling any better later I'll head towards Cannock, otherwise it's a day of catching up uni meh.

First and foremost, congratualtions to foxc on her job offer. Have you decided whether to take it? We need clues as to which bike company you're working for...

Today, I'm a little rough, the departmental Christmas do went on a little longer than I thought it would, and so I've had about 5 hours sleep and am a little hungover, nothing too bad though.
I need to keep taking these tablets. I'm useless at taking medication, I do it so rarely that I forget half way through the day.

    Lastly:

  • Mawnin' Maggots,

Yesterday was a day of win, not because I featured n one of Gazlar's monochrome mischief images, but because I got me a wireless HSPD Internet modem.
Now I am connected to the Interwebz from home, opposed to scuttling off to my offspring's house to make use of his broadband. The package is uncapped too, so I can top up my music and movie collection.

Today is another day of laze in the Portacabin office I currently occupy. Everyone is on leave, so it's a day of the Crudcatcher, BBC News, Twitter The Register and any other web based wastage I can use to keep me entertained.
No Facebook from work.. but I do have my all aluminium, non-Windoze laptop and the router/WAP, so.....

Wishing all you Crudders a day as unproductive as mine...

    Mornin' dangleberries,

    Urgh.

    That is all.

Onwards! To more coffee! And a quiet corner!

Still cannot get into this Christmas spirit thing.

Today will be another day of CBA as I will no longer bail anyone else out of their own sh1t.

That's about it for today except there is a large, and I mean LARGE, chocolate cake in the office.

Tea is so much better with cake.

    Later......

    Morning!!
Feeling quite chipper today, awaiting my contract for perusal, and my boss to turn up so I can tell her my great news.
So far today I've got my emails from 66 to 15, and I've started working out what needs doing before my departure at the end of Jan.

    Morning all.

Passed my PTS drugs and alcohol test, somehow. This means a foreseeable future of 4am rail bridge inspections in Essex. Meh. It is going to be horrible work but the pay reflects this and life goes on. Most people are either out of the office due to holiday or illness, so it’s time for Pinkbikes “movies for your Monday”. Today will comprise about a hundred cups of tea and sausage sandwiches. Don’t you know it’s cool to not conform?
  • Morning all,

Bad belly... work curry tonight.. ugh.

    Gratz again foxy!

Gazlar that Viva place is great! Lots of meat (await the teasing to commence...)

Office in charge of 20 people for the next 3 days in charge of millions of pounds of property transactions and already been called in to interview potential new staff with 10 minutes notice of the interview. I'll be glad when today is over, only 2 more days of screaming clients left then...

FML why does someones mistake last week come back to bite me this week! I don't want to have to make the decisions on someone elses files!

And my younger sister has just announced her engagement and appointed me chief bridesmaid and assistant wedding planner.

If you want to help bridezilla arrange a wedding in the country with a marquee on the farm for the reception feel free. Oh and you must look good in a dress and a negotiator to bring the various disparate parts of my warring family and siblings together.

No she is a netball player. Last time she rode a bike she whinged for hours.

    Evenin Cruddites,

Another day of working like a dawg. Have now had all my intro meetings with my London minions; will be meeting the Dutch ones tomorrow when they come into the office (just in time for the Xmas party) But bucketloads of the top notch free coffee in the office kept me going.

Belated congratulations to foxy on landing the bike job 8) wish my new company made interesting stuff...
