Should I replace freehub body at same time as servicing hubs

I am going to service the hubs on my halo combat wheels, and replace the loose bearings, fresh grease etc.
The wheels are around 2 years old and I haven't serviced them before. Is it worth replacing the freehub body at the same time?
I can get a new freehub body for around £15 but I don't want to replace it if I don't need to, so how can I tell if it needs replacing?
