Overshoes for shimano am45?

I've got shimano am45 shoes, the new dx style, quite wide and sturdy. I also get cold feet on long xc and road rides. Therefore, after trying several sock combo's, I thought I'd give overshoes a go.
Can anyone recommend some decent overshoes that'd fit?
*shoe size is 42, UK 8, and primal wear xxl overshoes are not wide enough at the toe.
