Clearly nobody who has ready your thread in the huge 2 hours and 27 minutes since you first posted it. Shocking indeed..........

I'd come back in another hour and complain again then. And use two of these - next time.

I got an email from Jason at tryasaddle on Thursday 13 December 2012 giving me a refund of my security deposit after I had sent the last one back.

  • I have a saddle on loan now and wanted to extend the period so I emailed Jason and no reply so I PM'ed him on here and he replied really quickly apologising for the delay. I reckon he was just really busy/away for a few days early Dec but all seems well now.
  • I mailed them for details, result sweet nothing.

    HI guys,

sorry for the delays but my wife has just been diagnosed with "type one" diabetes after a nasty scare in hospital, so I have been busy looking after her over the last few weeks.

As for tryasaddle. then we should be officially opening on the 2nd of Feb, but as usual if anyone has any particular saddles in mind we have already started loaning out dozens of saddles in the meantime, and we are starting to get quite a large and varied stock built up despite several so called "distributors" in the UK point blank refusing to sell to us because we are an "online" service and not a "LBS", and yet they are happy to sell to amazon.co.uk who as far as I know are also not a LBS :P

Best regards, and thanks to everyone on the forum who has used the service and given us a lot of excellent feedback to take on baord.

    Regards,

    Jay.

I'm surprised you're bothering. All this branding; surely all these expensive branded saddles are no better than the cheap kit ?
