Cycling in Fuerteventura?

I'm going out to Fuerteventura for a break & was going to hire a road bike out there. Is there any nice routes I should be looking out for?

Not sure if you have already booked your hotel etc, but if not, can highly recommend club magic life at Jandia [south east coast. They have road and mountain bike tours everyday with experienced guides, ranging from 36k to 140k plus distances.

Im still a novice cyclist, so found the rides a little more undulating than I thought, but enjoyed nonetheless. It's an all-inclusive resort, can be booked through thomson or first choice.
