OK, a couple of questions before I buy...

100 or 125 ? (guess that depends on how much drop you want ?)

30.9 or 31.6 ? (guess that depends on the post diameter ?)

380 or 420 ? (guess that depends on the length of post you want ?)

Left or right (guess that depends on what side you want to activate it ?)

One other thing, some sell without the bleed kit, I take it this is a necessary extra ??

  • Left or right. Consider how often you turn your bike upside down to take the wheels off (myself, every ride to put it in the car). The remote sits proud of the bars and is easily broken & expensive to fix. I've now got a right hand lever which I've mounted under the bars on the left. Much less likely to be damaged, works great and doesn't hinder gear change as much. I've had mine for over a year and its never needed bleeding, however if you are planning on cutting the hose length down you may need one (although i think the Avis brakes one is the same).

Another consideration is your frame size and the length of the drop. My Reverb is as low as it will go in the frame.
    Fantastic bit of kit.

    All above questions correct :)

As has been said, running the button under the bars is better, as you can easily flip your bike over, and, for me at least, its in an easier position to use
