hi my mate has just bought a 2000 schwinn rocket 88 stage 2 , its in good nick apart from the dreaded bottom bracket bushes to which i found after weeks of searching :roll:
now the only thing it needs is a disc brake caliper mount for the rear brake but cant seem to find one :?:
will post a picture of frame later if it helps
can anyone point me in the right direction

You mean an adaptor to run disc brakes?0

yes adapter , frame has mounting holes ( 2 about 2-3cm together ) cant find any anywhere0

Picture would be good, but don't think this frame can accept discs.0

Are, they look like old Hayes disc mounts, 22mm. A2Z and Hope do adaptors I thinks.0

Hope used to do an adaptor to fit their No 1 calliper, but don't any more. A2Z still do them, but IIRC you'll have to increase the rotor size by 20mm
