26mm seatpost

I have a KHS Flite 250 and I need a seatpost with an o.d. of 26mm. It looks like I can get a Thomson elite from BTI, but it looks like that's the only place left that still has that size. There is Kalloy, but I'm looking for something better. Aside from Thomson, which I will probably get, are there any other quality brands that are relatively light? Is there such a thing as an adapter option to convert it to a standard size? The reason I want to get one now is so i'll have one on hand if and when the seatpost needs replacing, rather than waiting and have even fewer options. What's strange is this is not that old of a bike. Well, actually looking at the KHS website, it looks like a 2008 model

    I had a I am sorry to break the news, but Kalloy are just as good as any other expensive seatpost.
