Cree Torch Bike Bracket problem.

Hi, Could anyone recommend a bike Bracket for a large Cree Torch thats fits an oversize- On-One Riser Bar please.?
I've got my torch set up on my bar(so bright its unbelievable) but not at the bottom of the bar because the bracket is really stretched and the screw isnt long enough to reach the otherside of the gap..So I've had to set the torch up a little way up the bar where its narrower and point the torch slightly to the right to compensate.
But I really want it in the correct place nect to the stem, can anyone recommend a largeish bracket? or would I be able to secure the existing one with a couple of really tight zip ties instead of the screw?.
