New Wheels Triban 3

I have been thinking about buying a set of fulcrum racing 3 wheels for my Triban as I have found them in the sale online for £100. Will this make much difference over the stock wheels on this bike?

Second hand wheels come with no warranty and fulcrum 3 are not the easiest to fix if anything breaks. Other than that, the upgrade is valid and the price is good?. Unless you mean you can get them new for that price, which suggests a scam...
