Greetings Maggots,

Another warm day on the dark continet. I am alone in my office as I am considered "skeleton staff" and will be office bound until next Friday.. fail..
The good news is that there is less than zero to do, so the day will be spent watching episodes of "Breaking Bad" on my all aluminium, non-Windoze portable system..
I have to collect my dad at 11AM to usher his to the doctors for a follow up consultation as he had eye sugery yesterday. He be a pirate now.. as he has a patch.

Other than that, yea, thanks goodness for the Interwebz or I'd die of boredom here...

Thank feck it's Friday.

Woken up to the joys of no central heating again, knowing our useless plumbers it will be like this till Christmas.

No breakfast piggymeats for me today. Fail. However, today features the works 'Generic Midwinter/Yuletide/Xmas/insert-your-own-relgious-festivel-here' dinner. Win.

So, work this afternoon won't be happening, but this morning will be blinding rush as I attempt to get unusual things to unusual material and teach people how use something they'll never use again. Excitement and futility in one morning - top that!

Onwards! To coffee! And turkey based dinners!

Other than that waiting on woman to text me back after i decided today i shall go out for bacons and thought i'd be generous and ask her to join me as she's not doing anything at home.

Car packed and ready to head off, just the small matter of uni to get through first. Then it's off to the aunt's to babysit the little cousin which is always fun, and tomorrow back off to Burtonland and the lovely smell of the marmite factory and breweries... is it bad that I've kind of missed it a bit?

I have the day off! Woooo!
I'm waiting for the remaining housemate to leave for work before leaving my room. I cba speaking yet. Need to buy quite a lot of stuff, and then wrap some of it as I'm heading off to Essex around 4ish. Should be fun. Can't wait to see my mates again.
Last night I found an emulator for the old Cannon Fodder game. It is awesome. Though it wasn't good that I found it at 11pm

Finally, Friday has arrived but all my good plans are in ruins.

I have to help a friend do DIY this evening (I supposedly promised them a few weeks ago) thus putting an end to beer activities tonight.

I then have a 'dinner party' to go to on Saturday that I had aslo forgotten about so an end has been put to my pub/bar/kebab night too.

One wasted (and not in a good way) weekend ahead.

Grumpy today, need something alcoholic already.
On the positive side it's the festive lunch at 2pm, so I will have a pint in my hand very soon. On the negative side it's the festive lunch at 2pm so I'll have to sit with a bunch of idiots that I don't really like.
Fortunately The Partner In Crime will be there so we'll just get drunk together.

Got a call from the father last night asking me about how to give me inheritance money from Grandad who died in Feb. It's not loads, but it's plenty. Just have to work out what I'd like to do with it.
Still not talking to mother as I'm angry with her and just don't know what to say.
Is Christmas over yet??

Enjoyed possibly my last lie in for a while and got up to find it's tanking with rain outside so no chance of any biking fun. Looks like I'll have to do jobs and boring stuff so I don't have to do them on the weekend - which will hopefully be a bit better than today, which makes me feel like emigrating! Right, time for coffee...

morning freaky fridayers!

had works xmas meal yesterday afternoon/evening, lots of fun was had but knocked the boozing on the head early as got to drive home this pm! Hangover got even better when i saw the state of some of the other clowns in the office!

this mornings bacon recovery package arrived as sausage and egg which was all good!

got two days out of the office next week then its my xmas hols which will blend nicely into a weeks skiing! meaning i am not back at this shoot hole till the 15th Jan, i am pleased!

Fark me, it's too busy to be a friday. I've got so much work I could do with rewinding back to Wednesday otherwise the weekend will be less than relaxing.

On another note, there's too many bike shop sales making me want to buy things, which is not fair when I have absolutely no spare cash. Meh.
