New brakes advice please

Looking for some advice please peeps and possible feedback from people that might have the brakes already. I ride a stumpy with some old and tired avid juicy fives, Mainly riding trail centres and singletrack. Thinking of upgrading these and I have narrowed the choice to the following:

Shimano XT M785 Disc Brake

Or

Formula RX Black Disc Brake - 2012

Both work about the £150 mark. Any help will be appreciated

    Bike-discount.de have rx's for £40 each end without rotors and postage is about a fiver. Good brakes if you want a bargain, personally love my xts but the formulas are very good at that price

    Save a bit of money and buy Shimano SLX 666. Honestly I've got 785, 596 and 666. 666 are the best value for money.
