Yeah I have the PBK winter tights from 2010 too, I think they're called RL900LX. As already mentioned they are made by Bicycleline. I've been rather pleased with them for 30 quid. Pampering fabric, a nice 'n' thick pad and hard-wearing. No windproofing.

What sizes did you guys get and what dimensions are yourself?

5'11 1/2", 38" chest, 32" waist 70kg +/- Size M fits well, maybe could do with 1/2" longer legs

I'm similar but shorter at 5ft8 and thinking medium too

Medium pbk is like a large in gore bike wear from their charts which I've managed to try so might measure again and see what small is like

170cm, 67kg, I wear 28-inch Levi's 501, short legs long torso so the tights in size S are a bit slack but not annoyingly so.

I forgot to mention that I'm a bit of an odd shape, I've a very long torso and very long arms - I have to get shirts with extra long sleeves & tail off the peg ones don't fit me.
