Thread to Tell Everyone About the Bargains You Need

Do we have one already? I know, it's not as much fun as buying random stuff that you don't need just because it's cheap (since fitting Rubino Pros, I've not had a flat and I have more inner tubes than I can possibly ever need)
So I wondered if there's a place for a thread that helps you hunt the bargain you are looking for....
What's kicked this off is my need for a pair of Assos 607 Bib SHORTS (the warm winter ones in XL) as, with leg warmers. I arrive with nice warm legs but my veg takes some coaxing to re-appear
Best deals are all around £150 but I'd much rather pay nearer £120. Chain Reaction send out a discount code but their 607s are over £170!!!
Anybody spotted any?
As for the thread (if it doesn't already exist) What you're after, what price you've found & what you're hoping to pay

I want a Garmin,
Not overly fussed about HR and Cadence but want something better than a cheapo Aldi computer. Something that I can upload stats to the interweb so a Edge 200 is what I am thinking. I dont really want to pay more than £80 for it - but the cheaper the better (unless someone can find me a stonking deal on a 800)."If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got."

Bryton 20 - lovely little computer. Much nicer than a 200. No breadcrumb trail navigation but does have the HR and Cadence functionality if you ever change your mind. I think Wiggle do them for £80.Faster than a tent.......0 -

Meh. Still a good deal imo. They are not sluggish wheels by any means...0 -
Thanks! Given me a few to consider, I'd never looked at Probikekit before.... Had just about convinced myself I needed and could afford the Ultegra wheels when I found they were out of stock.0

Good choice of bars I found Evans online to be the cheapest although I'm holding out for the Jan sales just in case, after all I'll not be riding my best bikes again until Feb at best.

Probably my approach too. I'll not hang on forever but I'd like to think patience bags a bargain (which it did with the SLX cransket I bought this week with an unexpected extra 10% off).
I don't think Evans lists the Ltd which costs an extra 30 quid for 18 less grams of weight. But of course I have to go for the Ltd because I don't want to add any more red to the Look!Faster than a tent.......0 -

I need a 120mm flipflop quick release wheel or even just a hub
Having a rear-facing horizontal track style rear drops, buying a chain tug to prevent mishaps but would really like a qr option for the side of the road moments without adjustable & ratchet spanners forever in my tool bag
qr obviously not used on track bikes for safety reasons i understand, but for us commuters it'd be a nice option..0 -
Need 2 pairs of yellow SPD cleats. Current ones are on the way out and need a set for the Giro Factors which are en route.
Also tempted by the new blue ones.0
