The last figure must be the hole for the bolt, usaully 6 or 8 mm - is the other dimension the overall width? i.,e. the distance between thee graem guesset once the bushes are fitted?

the width of the space in the frame."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

... I kinda came to same conclusion. So that means the width of the shock eye is the same?
Also would you know if there is a central bush? My Rockhsox rear shock, that I plan to replace, has central a cylindrical tube with two outer bushes.
I have 8 mm bolt and measure the eyelet hole diameter to be 10 mm so the bush needs to have a wall thickness of 1 mm - seem right?0 -
Why are you looking at DT Swiss Bushes if you have a Rockshox shock? The bush is the small cylinder that fits in the shock eyelet, and normally on Rockshox is 12.7mm wide. I think what you are calling the 2 outer bushes are actually the spacers to make it fit in side the mount on your frame... You can either get "top-hat" spacers, or a more heavy duty offering from somewhere like TF Tuned:

Ultimately, you need to know the bolt size - which you do - 8mm; then the gap between the inside of the mount on the frame. Finally, you need to know the width of the eyelet on the shock.
These links might make it easier to understand and ensure you get the right one... By the way, I don't work for TF Tuned, but they are excellent. There are other bods on ebay selling similar and also selling tools to remove/install, but not so easy to phone up and make sure you've got the right bit of kit...

That is a very good question but maybe, just maybe there is a tiny clue in my post:02GF74 wrote:My Rockhsox rear shock, that I plan to replace, has central a cylindrical tube with two outer bushes.
Spacer is the term I should have used. Rockshox have a bush and two spacers on either side, it appears the DT Swiss have the bush as part of the spacer - the narrower cylindrical section fits into the Shock's eyelet.
I know what parts I need, unfortunately CR won't have one of the sets until Jan.0 -
Try BETD or TF Tuned for bushy bits.I don't do smileys.
