I just bought one of the Fluxient 4xR5 lights off e-bay and this is the view with it on my helmet ... 1,600 lumens
(pics taken with my iPhone 4s - which is hardly hi-tech for night photos!)
Yet to ride with it, but it seems a decent brightness & spread so far. I have the 3,000 lumen one on my bars and wanted another on the helmet to light up where I'm looking, for twisty stuff !
